AVAILABILITY
The Clubhouse is available for private functions and dates should be checked through the Secretary. It is preferable although not always necessary for a Horsforth Golf Club member to be present.
BOOKING
Booking must be through the Secretary by completing an application form and paying a hire fee. The room hire fees for functions are in the pack. Bookings will remain provisional until the booking form and non refundable room hire fee have been received and confirmed.
CATERING
All detailed catering arrangements should be made direct with the caterer on 0113 258 1703.
The final number attending should be given to the caterer not less than 48 hours before the event and these numbers will be charged for.
BAR
Bar service is available from 11.30 am. to 11.00 pm., Monday to Saturday.
DRESS
All guests must comply with the Dress Rules of the Club:
Smart casual dress must be worn in the Lounge and 19th with jackets and ties being required after 7.00 pm in the Dining Room. Dress code may be relaced for private parties.
SECURITY
The Club cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to property, clothing or vehicles belonging to members or guests attending the function.
SMOKING POLICY
Horsforth Golf Club is now totally non-smoking throughout the Clubhouse.
PAYMENT
All Catering and Bar accounts MUST be paid on or before the day of the event, unless prior arrangements are made.
PLEASE ENSURE ALL THOSE ATTENDING ARE AWARE THAT MOBILE TELEPHONES ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BE USED ANYWHERE WITHIN THE CLUBHOUSE.
We assure you that our staff will give you and your guests their best attention at all times to ensure that you have an enjoyable function.
