Horsforth is pleased to welcome parties on any weekdays throughout the year, occasional Sunday afternoons are also available, and our professional expertise and high standards of hospitality will help create a day that your members will enjoy and remember. Discounts can be given for parties of 30 or more. Please contact me for availability of date and a more specific rate. We are unable to take visiting groups of this size on Tuesdays (Ladies Day) or Wednesdays.
Due to our busy schedule we have a minimum requirement of 12 players per party and we reserve the tee for members before 9.30 am and between 12.00 noon and 1.00 p.m. Although only the 18th green is adjacent to the Clubhouse you may find that 12 holes in the morning and 18 holes in the afternoon, after a light lunch in the Clubhouse, makes an ideal day, as the 12th green is a short walk away. We are aware that requirements may vary and we would be more than happy to assist you in making your arrangements.
Play is usually from the yellow markers, playing in threes ensures that play is continuous and a round will take approximately 3½ hours. Unless a betterball or team format is used, fourball matches tend to be slow and this spoils the enjoyment of the party.
